    “Arrived with a dented brim”

    The hat showed up with a crease along one side of the brim, as if it was squashed in the box. I tried steaming it and it improved a little but not fully. The straw itself seems fine, it is just a shame about the shape.

    Sorry your hat arrived creased. That should not happen. Please email us a photo of the brim and your order number and we will send a replacement in firmer packaging.

    “Proper shade”

    The 7 cm brim keeps the sun off my face and shoulders at the beach. The band sits neatly and the sweatband is comfortable even on warm days. I wore it all week and it kept its shape.

    “Stylish, needs care”

    Looks great with a linen shirt. I store it on a hook as advised. It is slightly loose on my head so I added a thin foam strip inside, and now it stays put on windy days.

    “Lovely hat, vague sizing”

    It is one size and a bit large for me. The brim is stiff as promised and the natural colour is nice. Foam tape fixed the fit. A size guide with head measurements would have helped.
