Hats are the easiest way to change a look and the hardest thing to design. Too wide and it wears you; too narrow and it looks like an afterthought.
Our wide-brim hat took eleven samples. The final version has a 7 cm brim, a soft grosgrain band and a sweatband that makes it comfortable all day.
